Pelee Marsh

      Inspired by my involvement in Point Pelee National Park’s Artist in Residence Program this past Summer (2024) this scene feature two types of flowering water lilies, the Fragrant White Lily and Spatterdock lily.  Tall grass in the background round of the scene.

    Point Pelee Marsh Scene was made from reclaimed eavestroughs, rusty reclaimed fence wire, old coat hangers, piano strings and old tv coaxial cable.  The wooden bases are pieces of Point Pelee’s old marsh boardwalk and the yellow was from an old sign from the parks scrap stuff lot.
